Special Requests

If there is something that you’d like to hear that is not on our list, we can learn 1 (or possibly 2) special requests for your ceremony.
You can pay a fee for additional special requests, price available on discussion.
Special requests must be provided at least four weeks in advance.
Sample recordings are available at a fee.
If you request to include a musician outside of our group, this can be discussed and an additional fee would be applicable.

Setup

We will liaise directly with your planner/venue to organise and appropriate time to setup and soundcheck.

We provide full PA system for our performance.
Use of sound system and microphone for celebrant, speeches or other musicians can be discussed and would be subject to a fee.
We need a working power supply in close proximity to the performance area.
Full overhead shade (umbrellas, gazebo, tent, etc.)
Armless chairs
For harp instrument, ground must be dry, level and flat.
The harp must remain in the same area/position for the entire booking.
Please bear in mind car access for loading.
Refreshments must be provided.
A meal must be provided for musicians on site for four hours or more.

Duration of performance

Extra time will be charged at 50€ per musician per half an hour. This will be subject to availability, as musicians may have other engagements.
A one hour minimum rate will apply to all group bookings. Even short wedding ceremonies or quick marriage proposals require considerable time and effort to prepare for, drive to, and setup for.
If you require us to have large breaks between performances, a waiting fee is applicable.

Payment

Receipt of the deposit will act as confirmation of your booking and agreement of our terms and conditions.
In the event of cancellation from your side, the deposit is non-refundable and will be considered an admin fee.
The remaining amount will be due by the day of the performance.
If you wish to pay in instalments, we can discuss a payment plan that suits you.
Payment by bank transfer will be subject to 10% IVA (Spanish tax).
Payment must be made in euros.
Invoice available a week prior to performance, bank details will be provided in the invoice.
